The Greasers!

So far performing to a sold out audience, the cast and crew of Grease have sparkled! The classic story of a "good" girl and a "bad" boy done in the Ponderosa tradition. The performances, music, set design, costumes and choreography are all top notch and once again a credit to Ms. Moore's ability to take an classic musical and turn it into an original.

ACT Self Defense, Krav Maga

A.C.T. was developed to bring you the very best personal protection program available. Your training will include dealing with adrenal stress, Israeli Military protection techniques, fending off rapists and other attackers, protecting yourself against guns and knifes, protecting your family if they are threatened, and so much more. Nothing is more important than feeling certain that you and your loved ones are safe – especially in our uncertain world.

Anyone can learn A.C.T. There are no special skills or previous training required. And, even if you are currently training in the martial arts you can still benefit from this seminar.

Due to the intensity of this training, it is only open to ages 13 and up. You will leave this program feeling empowered and in control of your life. This class will provide a great aerobic workout, so come prepared to sweat! Uniforms and belts are not required. Wear comfortable clothing (sweats and long pants are highly recommended) and a good pair of tennis shoes with clean soles.

A.C.T. will Include; - The ABC’s of self-defense; Awareness skills, setting verbal boundaries, communication and combative skills

– Grabs & Chokes, Ground Fighting and Defenses

Knife & Gun Defense And “Live Attack” Scenarios
